LOT 1 – Procurement of computer equipment and air conditioning
LOT 2 – Supply of baby equipment
LOT 3- Procurement of equipment for mother and children corner
LOT 4 – Supply of didactic material – toys
LOT 5 – Procurement of didactic supplies
RIGHT OF PARTICIPATION:
Participation in this public call is open on an equal basis, to all bidders, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Bidder determines the manner of submission of the Bid and bears the risk of possible loss, that is, the late delivery of the Bid.
DELIVERY TIME/DEADLINE FOR OFFERS:
Tenderers shall submit their tender no later than March 4, 2020 by 2:00 pm.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA:
The criterion for awarding the contract is the “LOWEST PRICE FOR THE BEST QUALITY” of a technically satisfactory tender.
The Bid Evaluation Committee will evaluate the bids received as follows:
1) Each bid must meet the technical requirements
2) Each bid received must meet the minimum technical and operational requirements for goods used in working with children
DEADLINE FOR DECISION AND SELECTION OF OFFERS:
1) The Contracting Authority shall make the decision on the selection of the most favorable bidder or the decision on cancellation within 7 (seven) days from the day of expiry of the bid.
2) All tenderers will be informed of the decision of the Contracting Authority on the result of the process of selection of the supplier within 7 (seven) days from the date of the decision, either by electronic means, fax, mail or directly.
